With over 200 daily outpatient visits, the medical center experienced severe reception bottlenecks and chaotic waiting rooms. Paper token slips were called out manually, leading to crowded hallways and patient frustration. Patient medical histories were filed across thousands of physical paper folders that took up to 15 minutes to locate, often forcing physicians to re-ask past medical history from scratch. Handwritten paper prescriptions also caused frequent pharmacy confusion and dosage verification calls.
We developed a high-speed, paperless clinical platform deployed across reception desks, doctor consultation rooms, and waiting-area display monitors. Reception generates instant digital tokens with estimated wait times, while wall monitors and SMS alerts update patients on live queue status. Doctors access a unified patient workbench where chronological medical history, vital trends, and lab reports load instantly. A streamlined digital Rx builder auto-completes common medications with built-in contraindication checks, and an integrated AI engine summarizes consultation dialogues into clean SOAP medical notes.
