An end-to-end forecourt automation and multi-dispenser POS ecosystem built for Taaj Petrol Pump, unifying underground tank dip sensors, real-time nozzle telemetry, automated shift handovers, and corporate fleet RFID credit accounts into a single tamper-proof dashboard.
Operating high-volume fuel forecourts across multiple dispensing units was plagued by daily manual overhead. Midnight shift closures relied on attendants writing mechanical meter readings on paper slips, resulting in frequent cash-bag variances and unrecorded fuel differences. Underground storage tank dip measurements were recorded manually with wooden sticks, making temperature-induced volume variations difficult to catch. Additionally, corporate fleet credit billing was managed across handwritten ledgers, causing dispute-prone invoices and delayed payments.
We architected and deployed a dedicated edge-connected fuel automation platform. Dispenser pulsers feed exact liter counts directly into a centralized local POS terminal that enforces automated shift lockouts until cash collections are reconciled. Digital dip probes monitor underground storage tank fuel levels in real time with automatic temperature compensation. For corporate fleets, we introduced encrypted NFC / RFID tags with pre-approved daily quotas, generating instant digital invoices and completely eliminating fuel pilferage.
